Vegetarians Are Healthier Than Those Who Are Not

Vegetarian Lebih Sehat Daripada Yang Bukan
Istri saya baru saja kembali dari Kaohsiung, Taiwan setelah berkunjung selama sepuluh hari.

Sekembalinya dari trip ke Taiwan ada beberapa kawannya dan Saya sendiri melihat dia agak langsing dibanding saat dia berangkat. Istri saya sendiri memang akhirnya menimbang berat badannya yang ternyata turun sebanyak 2 kilo. Menurut saya ini "amazing", karena saya sendiri mencoba turun sekilo saja susah sekali. Istri saya sendiri heran mengapa bisa demikian.


"Ibu nggak kekurangan makan di Taiwan, kan?", tanya saya pada istri saya sambil bergurau.

"Ya, nggaklah mas, makanan cukup banget di sana," katanya.

"Apa kemungkinan karena saya banyak makan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan, ya?", kata istri saya sambil mengingat-ingat.

Dia akhirnya menjelaskan bahwa selama di Taiwan, dia banyak makan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan. Makan daging merah cuma sekali atau dua kali saja. Selebihnya makan-makanan hijau semua. Kalaupun ada dalam jumlah yang sangat sedikit sekali.

Saya ingat sebuah buku yang pernah saya baca, tapi maaf sumbernya lupa. Di Jerman pernah diadakan riset tentang tenaga yang dihasilkan seorang vegetarian dan yang bukan vegetarian. Ternyata para vegetarian mempunyai tenaga yang jauh lebih besar daripada yang bukan vegetarian.

Saya juga ingat buku The Miracle of Enzyme; Hiromi Shinya, MD; hal 142. Disana disebutkan bahwa makanan ideal sesungguhnya ialah 85% Nabati da 15% Hewani.

Dari kedua hal di atas, ternyata istri saya "dipaksa" makan makan-makanan sehat selama berada di Taiwan, sehingga berat badannya bisa turun 2 kg.

Saya akan mempraktekkan hal itu, agar berat badan saya turun. Anda mau mencoba?

My wife just returned home from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, after having ten days trip.
After her return from Taiwan, some friends of her and I am myself watched that she is slimmer than before. First of all I didn't believe it, but after she weighed her body in fact it reduced two kilos. For me it's amazing, because I had tried to reduce my weight but it hasn't succesfull yet. My wife herself also didn't believe it.
"Did you eat enough food, there?" I asked her by jocking.
"Off course I did, food in there was no problem at all", she replied.
"Or may be, was it because of I ate many vegetables and fruits?", my wife tried to remember those days.
Finally she said that in Taiwan, she ate a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eating red meat was very seldom.
I remembered some sentences from a book I read long time ago that the vegetarians had more power than those who weren't.
I also remembered a book the title is The Miracle Of Enzyme; Hiromi Shinya, MD, p 142. It was written that actually ideal food is 85% green and 15% animal.
So, it seemed that my wife was forced to eat healthy food while she was in Taiwan so she got her weigh reduced.
I will do that methode, so I will get my weigh reducing. Do you want to try it?
