Last October 2010, I joined kompasiana Blogshop in Jakarta. It was great program to learn about writing and blogging. Blogging is really great thing for me. By blogging I can explore anything without anybody limiting my ideas (possitive ones offcourse).

Ghufrana and I went to Carefour in Cempaka Putih to buy some books and VCDs.

After getting what she needed we went home, but because we were hungry so we dropped in food area.

We ordered fried rice.

What a beautiful Sunday.

Just Finished Physical Exercise

My daughter just finished having her physical exercise at school.
The exercise was conducted in a public area not far from the school.
The students learned about sprint exercise. The did it together. They enjoyed it very much.
The picture shows my daughter and her senior Sabrina. They walked together to school.

Going to Arion Mal

This morning after my daughter's school time finished, I went to Arion Mal with her.

At Arion we visited Toko Gunung Agung. My daughter wanted to buy balloon with many cartoon pictures on it. There were so many kinds of balloons there and it made my daughter liked it.

After buying the balloon we went to other place. @

Car Wash

Yesterday I went to Auto 168 to wash my car and gave "oli plastic" for my car.

I went there at 8.15 am but there were already more than 10 cars. Wow, so many cars, but because I wanted to have my car cleaned I put my self on the list.

This was my first time to go to car wash along several of my visits to Solo. Previously I didn't have any confidence to go to car wash, but after I saw the condition of my car after it was washed, mmmm I was satisfied with their work.

Accident

When we're going to exit of the tol road, there was an accident involving three cars. Oh my God, may they can celebrate Idl Fitri nicely instead of regretting the accident.

To and From Sambas Street

Jakarta in its 484 years is still facing heavy traffic jam. We can say that traffic jam in Jakarta is still very bad. The following is my travel to Sambas Street and from Sambas street.

Two weeks ago my wife and I stayed at Husada Hospital for five days.
My daughter was hospitalized due to she fell down from our house's
second floor's stairs.

Oat Meal

This morning I had breakfast with a very fast food, namely quacker oat and strawberry jam. It was very simple breakfast. I just put water to the oat, stirr it and then put strawberry jam. It was very nice breakfast.
I read some articles about hearth attack and stroke. I also read infos about the importance of fiber for body. Oat consists of rich fiber. Hopefully by taking oat for my breakfast will give great result for my body.

Sunday Morning

Started a day with shubuh prayer is very nice. Sunday morning 27/Feb/2011 I went to musholla Al Hijrah. There I met some people whom I know since I was teenager. Alhamdulillah still can do silaturahim by doing shubuh prayer in the mushalla.

Musholla Al Hujrah is an old Musholla, the age of the mushollah is around 35 years or maybe more. This musholla was set up when I was in Elementary school.

May I always be able to be istiqomah to do Shubuh prayer together/in jamaah. Amin.

pagi yang mendung

Pagi ini cuaca mendung. Begitu mendung sehingga terasa seperti masih jam 6 pagi padahal waktu saat tulisan ini dibuat menunjukan jam 9.30. Gerimis pun mulai turun.

THIS morning I had with my wife at Pulo Mas. It was beautiful morning. There was no rain nor windy condition. The sky was clean so we could see blue sky.

There was a group of gymnastic with some members. They did light gym but intensive movement. It was good gym and offcourse will make the body keep in good condition.

My wife and I walked around the route near the horses stall. We walked for about 30 minutes. It made my body fresh.

After having few hours for jogging we took a break. We visited our favourite canteen. This canteen provided bean milk. We ordered two glasses of milk and the other two portion were taken home.

Heavy Traffic Jam 25.10.2010

OCTOBER 25, 2010 on Monday was a very hard day. At that time I was trapped in a heavy traffict jam. I was from Pondok Gede at 5.30 pm and I could reached home at 11 pm. Usually it only takes 45 minutes to reach my home from Pondok Gede.

good bye bu oke

Yesterday 11 Oct 2010, my wife and I went to Bekasi to say condolescent to Bu Oke's family. Bu Oke passed away after fighting on her cancer desease.

Few days ago she was taken into Persahabatan Hospital, after almost 24 hours she was still in the emergency unit. Finally she was taken home bèfore she was taken into a hospital in Bekasi. Now she has gone forever, she is in a better place.

rainy afternoon

This afternoon rain was very heavy. In Letjen Suprapto road some parts of the road was in flood. Offcourse it also caused traffict jam.

When I reached home my beginner 1 students had already wait for me. Although it was heavy rain, I still thank God that no flood in Cempaka Baru.
