traffic jam

When I passed through DI Panjaitan the clock shown 15.09 and it was so traffic jam. As you can see in the picture, even trans Jakarta bus couldn't ran fast.

There should be more policy to settle traffic jam in Jakarta. Banning to pass through trans' lane is really not good policy cause it only moves the traffic to other place and even sorry to say 'source of money' for some parties.
